Conference space is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of membership status is required. AIA Continental Europe/AIA UK reserves the right to cancel this conference and shall refund registration fees as applicable.
AIA Continental Europe/AIA UK shall in no event have any liability to registrants based on claims for indirect, special, or consequential damages of any type whatsoever, and shall bear no other obligation of any type except as expressly stated herein. Fees include all education programs and activities as indicated in the conference program.
By registering for this conference, participants agree to respect and follow the regulations and restrictions of the host country, its municipalities and conference venues.

Cancellations before 7th March will receive a full refund
Cancellations before 21st March will receive a full refund less an administration fee of €50 per person registered
Cancellations on or after 21st March will not be refunded
