Bulgaria Registration

Conference participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements. See the events section for hotel and travel information as it becomes available. Hotel prices and availability are not guaranteed by AIA Continental Europe.

Conference space is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of membership status is required. AIA Continental Europe reserves the right to cancel this conference and shall refund registration fees as applicable.

AIA Continental Europe shall in no event have any liability to registrants based on claims for indirect, special, or consequential damages of any type whatsoever, and shall bear no other obligation of any type except as expressly stated herein. Fees include all education programs and activities as indicated in the conference program.

By registering for this conference, participants agree to respect and follow the regulations and restrictions of the host country, its municipalities and conference venues.

Cancellations before 19th September will receive a full refund

Cancellations before 3rd October will receive a full refund less an administration fee of €50 per person registered

Cancellations on or after 3rd October will not be refunded
