Visa and Entry Information

Airport and Transportation

Pristina Airport (http://www.airportpristina.com) is the only airport in Kosovo and is located southwest of the capital. At the end of 2013, the airport's new modern terminal opened. The journey time from the airport to Pristina city center is half an hour by car, the distance is 17 kilometers. Transportation from Pristina International Airport (PRN) is by taxi service.

Alternative airport is Skopje Airport (http://skp.airports.com.mk) in neighbouring country R. of Macedonia. This airport is approximately 2 hours drive from Pristina city center. There are taxi services offered. For more please visit the airport website. Note, there is a border and passport control point half way to Pristina.

Local Transport

Local taxi service is relatively cheap for trips within the city.
